YOU are responsible for choosing the correct shipping, if you live in NI or Scottish Highlands and have paid for UK Mainland you will be contacted to pay the extra.

We are not liable for any chocolate melting in the warmer seasons, we cannot use refrigeration in transit so please bare this in mind when ordering.

Brittle or soft items such as chocolate and crumbles etc may come split, chipped or broken, we cannot refund or exchange these items as they are still fully useable so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Any delays we will contact you within the timeframe or the representative you placed the order with.

Please Contact us within 7 days of dispatch if you have not received your parcel. Anything after this and we cannot be liable for, YOU are responsible for keeping an eye on your tracking.

In the rare case you’ve not received your parcel by the 10th working day please allow till 6pm to contact us incase your order is still on route.

Any failed deliveries may be sat in your depot.

For any reason if you are unable to receive your parcel and it is returned to our supplier you are then liable to pay for the postage to be sent back to yourself and any fees this includes.

Any handmade items may take up-to 21 working days, this will state in the product.

Holiday periods will have cut off dates to ensure guaranteed deliveries.
