Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

Brittle or soft items such as chocolate and small bags of sweets may come split, chipped or broken, we cannot refund or exchange these items so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

 

American bundles are ineligible for returns, these are a mystery and you may receive certain items you don’t like. Please keep this in mind.

 

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once we have received the item you want to exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs involved in this.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds take 3-5 working days back to the payment method you used.

 

We have the right to refuse & refund any order at any time for any reason.

 

You can also change a refund for a credit note to use on our website for a later date.

 

In rare cases if a product is not in stock we will contact you to either offer an alternative, refund or a credit note.

 

Returns

 

In the rare event of an item arriving damaged contact must be made to ourselves on day of delivery via Email and we will advise.

 

We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible.

 

YOU are responsible for the return and costs involved.

 

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed deliveries or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay shipping for redelivery.

 

if you do not pay for the redelivery in 28 days your item will be disposed of and you are ineligible for a refund or replacement.

 

We are not liable for returned items going missing, you should keep this in mind when sorting a return and using a tracked service as your order will not be refunded, exchanged or have a credit note as there will be no proof of returned item.

 

Cancellations

 

You have 24 hours to cancel your order but you must have a genuine reason.
